Rachel has been a part of the Strata Management industry since 2010 and has been a certified Strata Community Manager since 2015. In 2016 Rachel was awarded Young Strata Manager of the Year by Strata Community Australia (SCA) Qld.

During her time in the industry she has managed a diverse portfolio of customers which has provided her with well-rounded skills and experience. Rachel’s philosophy is to promote proactive action when it comes to Bodies Corporates managing their day-to-day activities and long term objectives.

John has 12 years of strata industry experience, from both the UK and Australia, bringing extensive knowledge to the Archers team. He manages a diverse portfolio consisting of residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings. His experience with large strata schemes in Sydney (NSW) has contributed to his diverse knowledge and has contributed to his broad spectrum of skills relating to all types of property. John has experience across all strata management types, including BUGTA and MUDA, however, he specialises in the resolution of property-related disputes and the management of layered schemes.

With a full real estate licence that Karl has held since 2001, he has 20 years experience in Management Rights. Karl currently manages permanent, holiday, mixed use, commercial, and layered schemes within his portfolio.

Lesley has 9 years’ experience as an insolvency accountant working in the asset recovery sector and has extensive experience liaising with all stakeholders. Lesley has transferred these skills seamlessness into Body Corporate Management. Lesley has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).  Lesley is customer focused with the ability to creatively support committees, building managers and owners alike to ensure the best management of the Body Corporate and owner’s assets.

Prior to becoming a Strata Community Manager, Jason worked for the Office of Fair Trading in Sydney for 12 years providing advise on the Strata Legislation for NSW.

Jason has been in the Strata Industry for over 22 years and manages residential, commercial and mixed used schemes that have a BMS. He has managed anything from small to large schemes and is a true craftsman of the industry.

We are proud to shine the spotlight on Anthony, an experienced and highly trained Strata Community Manager here at Archers. Anthony has a successful record of business development in the strata industry and continues to exceed expectations in his current role.

One of his greatest successes was resolving a multi-year dispute between a subsidiary and the Principle Body Corporate with a win-win outcome for both parties. Anthony is an invaluable asset to Archers.

Kim joined Archers in 2014 in an Accounts Payable position for the Gold Coast branch, which expanded to also being a key contributor in project work, assisting other accounts team members and training/relieving staff.  By July 2018, the growth in these secondary tasks allowed for the creation of a new role “Group Accounts Associate”, which she has held since then and she thoroughly enjoys this interesting and challenging role.

Gareth commenced with Archers in 2015 as an Accounts Manager looking after the Cairns and Townsville portfolios. Due to a restructure in 2019 Gareth was charged with the additional responsibility of looking after the Whitsundays portfolio. Gareth's sound management & organisation skills has enabled him to successfully manage the entire North Queensland. Gareth oversees a small team of professionals based locally and abroad and invests a considerable amount of his time developing others and is a great mentor. Gareth brings to Archers over 18 years professional accounting experience and is a valuable asset to any organisation.

Lisa joined the Archers team in January 2018 as Accounts Manager for the Whitsunday Branch and has since joined the Brisbane Branch as Accounts Manager in 2019. Lisa completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2012 and further become a full CPA member in 2019. She also has 8 years Body Corporate experience in various roles. Lisa is your go to for yearend financials, caretaker salaries and other accounts queries including BMS (Building Management Statements).

Tamara commenced with Archers in 2017 as an Accounts Payable Officer for the Cairns and Townsville branch and has over 10 years’ experience in accounting services.  Prior to commencement with Archers, Tamara spent a number of years working in the tourism industry as a conference coordinator which involved providing assistance throughout the events, managing and liaising with suppliers, speakers and programmes. This coupled with her accounting knowledge delivers focus on providing quality information in a timely manner, superior service and ensuring a proactive approach with her clients.

Debbie joined Archers in 1999, yes, 1999! She is proud to be Archers’ second longest serving staff member after Colin Archer. She joined the Sunshine Coast office as the only Accounts person in a five-person office, doing all Body Corporate accounting procedures plus Sunshine Coast company accounts and payroll. The offices have sure grown since then! Debbie is now the Accounts Manager for the Sunshine Coast Office. Debbie has worked with Stratamax for many years and has a wealth of knowledge. She has found the job interesting and always enjoys a challenge.

Tracey joined the Archers team in 2014 and is the Accounts Associate for all of the Brisbane buildings. Tracey has been in the accounts payable industry for 10 years.

Tracey's role involves facilitating payments to creditors. She is happy to answer all your queries about invoicing and payments to creditor accounts.
