All strata managers and staff participate in extensive professional development and training programs and are members of the peak industry body, Strata Community Association (QLD).

Colin is the founder of Archers with over 45 years experience in property, finance, body corporate management and accounting having founded Archers the Strata Professionals in 1981.

He is an industry leader and is a life and longest serving member of Strata Community Australia Qld. He was the Founding President of the National Community Titles Institute (now Strata Community Australia) in 1996 and has been awarded the national industry award for Service to Strata in 2014 and the Queensland's President award in 2016.

His interests extend to charities including White Cloud Tele - Mental Health for which he is founder and sponsor, and Lifeflight, from which he has retired as long serving Director. His interests also include rugby as a past premiership winner, player and President of both Wests Bulldogs and James Cook Uni Rugby.

Aaron commenced with Archers in 2003 as an Accounts Assistant and has over 11 years progressed through various Body Corporate and Company accounting positions to his current appointments of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Aaron oversees the Body Corporate and Company accounting functions which also includes IT Management. He has been responsible for streamlining many internal processes including the implementation of innovative solutions such as the Invoice Hub and a paperless accounts payable solution across the Archers client base.
Aaron was invited to join the Executive Management Team in 2013 where he is responsible for many decisions relating to the company.

Andrew is a Partner and Director at Archers and is a Fellow Member of Strata Community Australia (Qld).

With a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations) Andrew joined Archers in 2002 and is currently the Senior Development Consultant for Archers and is a regular expert speaker at body corporate management and development industry events. Andrew has worked with some of the largest property developers in Australia and the World to establish many of Queensland’s most awarded projects.

Being one of Archers most experienced Strata Managers, Andrew offers specialist knowledge in the establishment and management of complex properties ranging from layered schemes, building management statements, volumetric subdivisions, mixed use and master planned communities.

Having been with Archers since 2010, Joel has extensive experience in the Strata Management industry and manages a variety of schemes throughout the Whitsundays, Mackay and Mining Regions. Alongside his Strata experience, Joel has spent over 20 years in various roles within the property industry - including surveying, real estate and various project development roles.

Frank has been in the Strata Management Industry since 2010 and joined Archers in 2014. As a Body Corporate Manager, Frank is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of schemes under Archers management. With his experience in the American Property Management Industry and background in Operational Management he is competent to help the schemes within his portfolio to reach their financial and operational targets.

Stephen is an experienced Strata Manager who has been with Archers since 2007. He currently manages the Archers North Queensland office - Cairns & Townsville. With a strong legal background in Litigation, Commercial Law, Property and Body Corporate Law - Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and a high level of professionalism to the team.

Appointed to the Executive Management Team in 2013, Stephen is an integral part of the Archers team and assists in making decisions that will benefit all clients.

Patrice joins Archers with 12 years of experience in professional services. Coming from a background in HR Management, Patrice has previously supported Boards and Senior Management in all aspects of HR and business growth strategy. She has supported changes in management through designing and delivering leadership programs to ensure growth and succession planning.

Patrice changed her direction from HR to Operations when she began aiding with undertaking mergers and acquisitions from an operational perspective. This has given Patrice an intrinsic understanding of all facets of a business, making her business insights invaluable.

In 2019, Patrice was appointed Operations Manager at Archers. In this role, she oversees the successful operation of all offices.
