Emily started in the Body Corporate industry in 2010 as a Body Corporate Manager. Since that time she has worked in the strata management industry in QLD and NSW as well as being involved in property management in the NT. As a Senior Strata Community Manager, Emily has extensive industry knowledge and has worked with an array of schemes of various sizes and across all regulation modules including layered schemes, Building Management Groups and schemes under the BUGTA. Her firm belief that education is the most effective way to progress the Strata industry and resolve conflicts within Bodies Corporate has meant that through her career she has been involved in mentoring and training new Body Corporate Managers, Trainees and Administration Assistants.
While working in NSW Emily was nominated by her clients as one of the top 20 Body Corporate Managers in 2015, delivering excellent service and results for her clients.
Emily brings her passion for Strata, empathy, strong dispute resolution skills and a ‘think outside the box’ approach to each of the Schemes she manages. She also brings a ‘hands-on’ approach to all of her buildings, happy to visit and spend time at each of her Schemes to develop a true understanding of the property and it’s needs.
