We return phone calls within 24 business hours, answer correspondence within 48 hours and have an owner’s portal easily accessible on our website facilitating common requests.  

ACCOUNTS

A key difference within the Archers team is the number of qualified individuals in our accounts team that ensures the key issues of levy notices, collecting contributions, debt recovery and your financial requirements are completed with accuracy and transparency. We have a dedicated collections office for levy arrears. Our Debt recovery team follow the legislative procedure to the letter and have a centralised arrears officer who provides personal contact and a customer-friendly approach to recovery.

STAFF

Our peak industry body, Strata Community Association (QLD) provides professional development and training, tailored to Queensland strata management legislation. Our staff are qualified through these training programs and are committed to ongoing learning and development to ensure you are always receiving the most informed and comprehensive information.

SERVICE STANDARDS

Quality service standards are assured through internal quality review programs, continual improvements to internal processes, the maintenance of a complaints register and policy, ensuring we listen to our stakeholders and are responsive to changes were problems are identified. Archers participate in an annual survey, where our clients can rank our services provided during that year. This feedback allows us to celebrate what we got right and address what we did not. Meeting and exceeding our clients expectations through high service standards is our focus.

SECURITY

Our systems have many security layers and controls to ensure approval of payments are recorded and transparent. Committee approves of invoices are established through the invoice hub and there is visibility of previously approved invoices for the current period.

INDUSTRY STANDARDS

Archers offers the strata industry free educational seminars with high profile key-note speakers as well as regular e-newsletter updates on changes or updates within the strata industry. Our regularly updated social media presence also provides information to a more widely spread audience.
