Part of our diversification is the establishment of an in house Workplace Health and Safety officer to carry out detailed inspections and reports on all common property of a Community Titles Scheme.

The primary objective of the Safety Inspection is to provide succinct information on the condition of the common property or Body Corporate assets to allow strategic decisions to be made, in terms of conformance to Workplace Health and Safety laws and general duty of care obligations. The benefits of such a process include a safer environment with less chance of injury or illness occuring;identifying unanticipated hazards and treating them using Risk Management principles so that the resulting risk is eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level. This ensures great peace of mind for Bodies Corporate and provides a healthy and safe environment for occupants, workers and visitors.

Archers Workplace Health and Safety Officer is Michael Phillips. Michael brings over 20 years working experience to this important role and is committed to the highest levels of professionalism. Michael is an accredited Workplace Health and Safety Officer in all electives in Workplace Health & Safety fields.
