Smart Strata Online Training
A free website, SmartStrata.com is designed to provide invested strata-titled owners with a comprehensive and accessible online resource to help them improve their knowledge and understanding.
Since the launch of SmartStrata.com, Archers Body Corporate Management has had hundreds of people go through the site; www.smartstrata.com and registered for the free online test. Of these people 60 % have successfully completed the test and have since received their certificate and other free information about Bodies Corporate.

Community Titles Institute of Queensland
The Community Titles Institute Queensland Limited (CTIQ) is the peak industry body for Body Corporate and Community Title Management in Queensland. Membership includes body corporate managers, support staff, committee members and suppliers of products and services to the industry.
The CTIQ in conjunction with industry stakeholders and various educational institutions is endeavouring to lift the profile of the industry by law reform, education and training .
CTIQ offers professional development seminars and networking opportunities for all members state wide, as well as monthly Bulletins and quarterly journals to keep the members updated on current issues.
National Community Titles Institute
The National Community Titles Institute (NCTI) is the Australian national representative professional association for home owners, community associations, body corporate management practitioners, solicitors, tradespeople, insurers, bankers and other parties involved in the professional, full-time administration of community and strata schemes.
Australasian Legal Information Institute
AustLII publishes public legal information - that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example) and a substantial collection of law journals.
Urban Development Institute of Australia (QLD)
The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA - Queensland) is a not-for-profit industry body dedicated to the representation of Queensland's development industry. UDIA's main purpose is to advance the credibility and integrity of the urban development industry
Australian Green Development Forum
The Australian Green Development Forum is a balanced, non-profit coalition of members from development industries, government organisations and community groups.
It is endorsed by industry and environmental bodies, and is aligned to community sectors that also have an interest in fostering sustainable development.

Trades Monitor are specialists in contractor management and ensure all contractors engaged are correctly licensed and insured. This effectively minimises the risk if either the contractor or a third party is injured. Trades Monitor provides this service nationally to the body corporate industry
