Chairman, Colin Archer is the past President of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland and the foundation President of the National Community Titles Institute. In Queensland, he has advised in the implementation of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and submitted the Industry Response to the current review. He has also represented the industry on Federal issues during his terms as President of the NCTI and CTIS.
