ARCHERS - connecting strata communities

With over 75% of Queensland declared flood affected Archers would like to extend their thoughts and prayers to those people and their families who have lost their posessions and in some cases their lives in what is Queenslands worst natural disaster. 

With offices in most of the major areas affected by flooding, a large number of our clients will be requiring assistance to help rebuild their lives. Archers are committed to providing any assistance to those that require it in this time of need.

For our Brisbane clients, whilst our office has also been affected by the flooding, our Body Corporate Managers are continuing to work from home and in most cases (subject to their own home not being affected) will have email and mobile phone reception. The Brisbane office phone number has been diverted to our Sunshine Coast office who will be passing on your messages to your Body Corporate Manager. Staff will be back in the Brisbane office on Monday, 17th January.

All of our Body Corporate Managers will be ensuring that they visit each of their buildings in the affected areas to enquire about their wellbeing and to arrange an insurance assessor if required. We would ask that owners be patient and understanding in the recovery efforts as there are a large number of people affected and it will take some time to attend to all the issues being faced. We will however do everything possible to ensure your concerns are attended to as quickly as possible.

For people wanting up to date information on the floods we have provided below the important phone numbers and websites which will outline what assistance is available to those in need. The below details will also provide those not affected by the floods with information on how to donate money or time to assist those in the recovery efforts.
