ARCHERS - connecting strata communities

Despite previous confirmation from the Department of Infrastructure & Planning that "shared pools" were subject to the same six-month delay in compliance with the new Pool Safety legislation, the Department issued a Building Newsflash on the 21st February 2011 advising that the exemption is only applicable to "non-shared" pools.
