Lot Entitlements - Can we make it fairer?

In response to a number of complaints from unit owners the Fair Trading Minister, Peter Lawlor, has announced proposed changes to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act in an effort to make the process for determining Lot Entitlements fairer.
