Archers has created this template to show how to report to the committee on the regular and mandatory maintenance of body corporate common property. Use this as a tool to keep on track in conjunction with the Building Duties and Responsibilities that pertain to your body corporate. This template has been designed to be tabled at a meeting and
to be an interactive talking point, it is intended to have certain items to be completed in discussion with the Committee and not just as a written report. We would also like to acknowledge that not every Body Corporate has a building manager engaged under contract and many Committees act as the building manager.
