BODY CORPORATE/STRATA MANAGER - GOLD COAST & BRISBANE

 

Archers Body Corporate Management is an established Body Corporate/Strata Management company and leader within the community titles industry. With offices located throughout Queensland, our primary focus is to offer clients financial assurance, friendly and professional services, effective communication and experience.

 

Archers continues to expand, and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Body Corporate/Strata Manager to join our dynamic Gold Coast & Brisbane teams.

 

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following skills:- 

  • At least 2-3 years Body Corporate Management experience;
  • Willingness to complete Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations), completion is preferable;
  • Ability to interpret financial statements;
  • Experience in BCMax would be highly regarded, however training will be provided;
  • Superior people / communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised;
  • Own transport is essential;and
  • Available to attend client meetings after hours,when required.

The successful applicant will be expected to administer their own portfolio strictly to the requirements of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and associated Regulation Modules.

 

Remuneration package will be available in line with experience, with other business development incentives also available.

STRATA INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR - BRISBANE

 

Archers Body Corporate is a progressive Body Corporate/Strata Management Company with branches located throughout Queensland. As part of its services Archers is able to offer its clients with competitive insurance premiums and due to expansion we are seeking a candidate to become part of our Insurance Team, located in the Brisbane Office.

 

As part of the Strata Insurance team your duties will include, assisting the Insurance Manager with data entry, liaising with Strata Committee members, Insurance Brokers, seeking quotations and handling claims. 

 

To be the right candidate for this busy role, you must demonstrate the following

  • Attention to detail;
  • Insurance renewals and processing of claims within the Body Corporate industry would be an advantage, but not essential;
  • Practical knowledge of Body Corporate Management would be looked upon favourably;
  • Demonstrable administrative skills;
  • Methodical in completing task;
  • Professional presentation; and
  • Undertake ongoing training.
  • Exceptional customer service
  • An ability to think 'outside the box' and problem solve

Remuneration will be in line with knowledge and experience. Training will be provided to the successful candidate on an ongoing basis.
