Colin Archer
Managing Director - Based at Head Office / Brisbane
Colin is the founder of Archers with over 35 years property finance and accounting experience.
He is an industry leader and is a current and longest serving Director of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland (now Strata Community Australia Qld) and it's longest serving past President. He was the Founding President of the National Community Titles Institute (now Strata Community Australia) in 1996 and continues to represent Queensland on the Strata Community Australia board.

Sharon Withford
Director
Sharon is a Fellow Member of Strata Community Australia and holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management. Sharon has been a Senior Body Corporate Manager with Archers since 1992 and is competent to advise on complex legislation and body corporate issues.
Andrew Staehr
Director/Business Development Manager
Andrew is a Practitioner Member of Strata Community Australia. With a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management Andrew joined Archers in 2002 and currently manages a varied portfolio of buildings. He has also worked with some of Australia's largest developers to establish some of Queensland's most awarded projects.

Stephen McCulloch - LLB
Branch Manager/Senior Body Corporate Manager
Stephen joined Archers in February 2007, shortly after the Cairns office was established and has been managing the Cairns office since July 2008.
He holds a bachelors degree in Law, a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and is also a Practitioner Member of the Strata Community Australia (Qld) and member of the UDIA.
Prior to commencing at Archers, Stephen was an experienced Body Corporate Manager and had spent 7 years in legal practice.
Stephen’s broad experience, knowledge of the strata and development industry, together with his legal background allows him to provide tailored advice on complex issues to a broad array of clients, from developers, resident managers and owners to other industry stakeholders.
Tony Blenkinsop
Body Corporate Manager
Tony is a Practitioner Member of Strata Community Australia (Qld), holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and a Diploma of Business and Finance.
Tony has over 10 years service industry experience and has been with Archers in the role of Body Corporate Manager since migrating to Australia in 2008
Eddie Verevis
Body Corporate Manager
As a local, Eddie has worked in the Cairns & Port Douglas area for 30 years, the last 12 of which have been spent in the Body Corporate Industry. With a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management, and a Practitioner Member of Strata Community Australia (Qld), Eddie will serve only to compliment the existing Cairns office team who will continue to provide a high quality, professional and friendly service.
